Great utility for a good price, mine was missing the extra pieces that were supposed to come with it mentioned in the product video.

Mine was too. Penguin is currently looking into this with the supplier for me. Everything else is excellent.

Just updating my previous comment to say that Penguin has resolved this issue with the supplier and now the product is perfect, especially for the price.
