I LOVE flash paper, but this paper arrived wet and soggy. I think it's the way it's packed in a tiny
plastic envelope and the condensation that occurs, fyi. Since it didn't come in a booklet, I had to
individually dry out each sheet of paper. The good news is, once dried out, I was able to light the
paper and it performed well. I'm sorry to say I probably won't order it again from this company. 🙁
Uh, that’s the way flash paper is shipped. It keeps it from exploding in transit, which is kind of a problem.
Flash paper is always delivered in it’s wet form ,so that it does not explode ,or cause fires during transit. Also, you don’t want to Dry it out, until you know you’re going to be using it. This is the way you keep it stored ,wet ,my friend.
It's requires by federal law to be wet when shipped. Anything flash from any mfg or supplier will be wet, by federal law, when shipped.
