Magic Tricks

The product is nice. It is like pen through anything. Rick Lax does a whole selling video here on penguin what is possible and uses phrases like "before we get to this" etc. He gets to nothing as his explanations are NOT among the downloadable instructions. You just get the basic instructions which takes just a few minutes and one alternative handling, that's it. The stuff which Rick Lax shows is totally different, he even tells you it is special. Where you can see how the Key goes through the bill and you pull it out and you can see it coming out. This is not explained. And it is not easy to learn from the trailer.
I contacted penguin on that issue, that I bought the item to learn these spefici handlings. And now it getts ridiculous. I contacted thewm via live support and told them there are only the basic 4 mini downloads but no Rick Lax one. His answer was: Please go to the download section (sends me the link!) there you find the 4 mini basic tutorials. We have no Rick Lax tutorial." <- WTF, seriously did he just tell that after I told him that and he basically avoided my question why penguin is advertising with Rick Lax's handling? Yes he did. He then told me to write Rick Lax an email which I did, but no response of course. Before all of that I first contacted via mail the penguin support with the issue. NO answer yet.
This is clearly a rip off and flase advertising and after shopping here for I think over 15 years it is for me I think a turning point as the customer service and false advertising just cannot be. I guess this was my last purchase from penguin.
