Too bad I wasted an hour trying to learn it. Would be awesome if the deck received actually matched
what he teaches with. Mine seems to be seriously off in terms of what you would need to make this
trick convincing. No matter how I set the deck up, I have either very few red or very few black
cards, which is a real problem in a trick where you're supposed to be focusing on red and black
cards. DVD is terrible and doesn't really explain which order the cards should be in. Apparently a
lot of people are missing cards? Maybe I am, but I honestly can't tell because his explanation is so
poor. Somehow my deck has 4 jokers. How is that supposed to make any sense? There should even be any
in a trick like this since they're not really red or black. If you actually get what you're supposed
to, this would be really cool, but seems like most people aren't. Clearly they didn't spend a lot of
time checking these decks over when they were assembling them.
I completely agree with this review. I have seen this trick go to 100% off in the "open box" several times, but then you have to pay for shipping, ugh...come on Penguin! If its that bad, decks and video, as verified purchasers and reviewers have expressed, then why keep pushing it? If anything, it should be a free download with instructions on performance and how to make deck correctly, in my opinion..Thats a real shame too, because the effect looks great, and Danny is a really great thinker and performer..bad quality just hurts everyone - from Penguin, to the unfortunate purchaser, to even Danny himself, as people may not want to consider his otherwise excellent work...just sad..
