The leather is very soft and the overall craftsmanship is nice. However, the holder doesn't fit the deck (w/ tuck case) very well, i guess it needs some time for the leather to stretch.

I purchased this specifically for an effect by Gary Jones and Chris Congreave on their Video Dupes. Does the job and gives you the opportunity to switch in a deck.Very nice holder

Hands down the best deck holder I've used. Card clips are stylish in their own right and help keep the cards together but the JOL deck holder covers the entire box and prevents it from getting creased or worn on all sides. The thin leather is fairly nice quality as well, which is a plus. The price for the holder is just right as well. The deck holder is made to last a long time, but I hope for O'Connell to make other variations of it in the future. Preferably in white or a deep red. This case should be more widely used and is like the standard for people looking at other options besides card clips.
