ok so I followed up with my original promise and ordered another ring..this time gold and black. well the quality on this ring is SHEIT! OBVIOUS scratches and CHUNKS of black coating scratched. Seriously?? Does anyone even OPEN the box to check the quality? WTF? WTF? For $50 (which costs more than my original wedding band BTW!!!!) I would think that the VENDOR would check the QUALITY of the PART before shipping to the customer. This is an outrage! I'm OUTRAGED!!! Being a LONG TIME member of penguin magic I implore THEM to CHECK the quality of the material being sent out. Yes I appreciate the speedy shipping but I'd happily pay MORE for quality over SHEIT!! WTF is this world coming to that it compromises quality...just to get it to you tomorrow? If penguin would allow photo uploads you'd see the complaint. I will take the higher road and return this defective product to penguin on my dime, however, I really don't expect them to publicly display this comment so retribution is for myself to enjoy.. if any. Zach...PLEASE induce a better quality for a product which I think is SUPER innovative and original. Or think of it this way...I got the best Christmas toy..but I can't play with it because it came to me BROKEN! Or without batteries which I can totally deal with. Anyway doubt anyones listening but if you are...DON'T be sullied to mediocre. VOICE IT
