Yes, it's basically a stacked/memdeck book of information. Many effects only need to rely on the stack to perform and create miracles. (Think Aronson's Shufflebored effect as a mini "stacked" effect, and you'll have insight of this book's content). The effects in this book have a certain amount of sophistication about them. If that's not your cup of tea, well then .............!
