We experienced terrible customer service after getting our order only to find them not protected in the box and the decks arrived with dings/damage. Do not buy from Penguin as their customer service is horrible..

Erik with Penguin caught the mistake made by a Penguin rep. and he sent a great email letting me know that he and another magician examined the photos and info I sent & they confirmed that the decks were damaged and he then shipped me the replacements for the damaged decks. Thanks so much Erik for fixing the issue.
We had one bad rep. but overall Penguin is a great place for cards and magic.
